What did the last failed repair loop cost you?
Not tokens. Hours, days, and confidence in your own code. Consensus Logic is bought at the point where a builder may already have lost a day, several days, or a week to repairs that did not repair. That is the comparison. Not another twenty-dollar utility.
If it prevents one lost day, rescues one broken development cycle, or stops one week of circular repair work, the annual licence should already feel inexpensive.

Why the annual plan leads
The crisis ends in a month. You will still want the checks.
A monthly option is there for anyone who needs immediate relief. It is not the anchor. You may well solve the immediate problem in the first month and still want those checks available for every change after it: every task, every plan, every step with a record. The annual plan is the default. Monthly is the flexibility option.
What the licence does not add
It is not a pay-per-use AI wrapper.
No tokens sold
Consensus Logic sells no model tokens and needs no Consensus Logic API account.
Your subscriptions, their limits
You need supported Codex and Claude subscriptions with their command-line tools signed in. Vendor limits and fair-use rules still apply.
No quota promise
Independent planning, small checked steps and review exist to reduce blind repair loops. Actual vendor usage depends on your project and your plans, so no percentage is promised.
The dependency, stated plainly
The product drives the Codex and Claude command-line tools on subscription accounts and has no API-key fallback by design. If either vendor changes how those tools may be used, the affected feature stops working until we update it. That is the existential risk, and it belongs on this page.
Questions about paying
Straight answers.
Why is Pro USD 399 a year?
Because the relevant comparison is not another twenty-dollar utility. It is the cost of losing professional hours or days to repeated repairs and uncertain changes. Compare the price with your own last failed loop.
What am I paying for if I already pay for two AI subscriptions?
The layer around the AIs: recovery, two independent plans, review, limits the AIs cannot cross, small checked steps, project memory, a record of what happened, and the ability to pick up where you left off. The value is avoiding the uncontrolled repair spiral, not buying more model tokens.
Does it work offline?
The application and its records are local-first, and the licence check works offline after activation. The AI providers need whatever connectivity their command-line tools need.
What is the refund policy?
Fourteen days, any reason. Ask by email.
Is there an enterprise tier?
No. This is an individual and small-studio product. Teams are a stated horizon with a waitlist, not a hidden tier.
